Applying SINP from India & Bankruptcy in USA

Hi
I am filing for SINP PR for Saskatchewan province from India. I got job offer letter from employer in Saskatchwan, Canada.
Now, My history is as follows:
1. I was in USA for around 4 years on Green Card status. Now, I leave USA forever & living in India. I started working in India since a year.
2. I had a nice job in USA, but couldn't survive because loosing of job & shrinking down my savings. I tried a lot to find a job. But couldn't find a job then due to recession.
3. Before coming from USA, I filed for Bankruptcy & finished all procedures in USA.
4. I want to start process for SINP PR for Saskatchewan province in May, 2011.
My questions are:
1. Will this bankruptcy record be shown up or required to be showing up when I am filing for SINP from India? (I will show all my employment records when filing because I show my USA experience in my resume when applied for a job in Saskatchewan, Canada.)
2. Will Police clearance certificate from USA show that I filed for bankruptcy? (I guess No, because they do criminal background checking, NOT bankruptcy record. AND filing for bankruptcy is not the criminal act.)
3. How long will it take to finish the SINP procedure from India (Considering I have job offer letter from Saskatchewan & having more than 35 points even without showing finance balance in my bank.) ?
4. Will this bankruptcy record be with me in CANADA if I successfully get the PR? (I guess no because SSN in USA & SIN in Canada is different. & I got really good job in Canada & in future also I will get better jobs in Canada because I have very good experience. I was not able to find job in USA mainly due to some visa issues & some due to recession. But Now I am not living in USA anymore. So that should be fine too. I guess...)
5. Will there be any other things I have to consider before filing for Saskatchewan PNP? Please Suggest.
Thanks
