Dear,

I completed my MCA (2002 -83%) and presently working as a software architect in virtusa. Total work experience is, 7 years. I have IELTS overall score of 6.

But, i want to do management / diploma (research oriented) course now in canada.

This idea is new to me. I have few queries, please try to clarify so that i can an idea and thankful to you all.

1) What is the expenditure for total processing fee, college / university fees and additional expenses for 1 year?
2) After studying thier for one year, one of my friend said (he is working at BlackBerry, canada), we can apply for PG work permit for another 1 year and after two years i can apply for PR?
3) How much average time it takes to get a student visa (for one year course)? i heard like, it will be 1 month? is it right?

Please guide me on this, so that i can apply for course in canada

1) What is the expenditure for total processing fee, college / university fees and additional expenses for 1 year?
Fees are varies Collage to collage, and also depend on diploma level eg: undergraduate or Postgraduate.
You should start your search from here
http://www.educationau-incanada.ca/educationau-incanada/template-gabarit/step-etape.aspx?view=d

2) After studying thier for one year, one of my friend said (he is working at BlackBerry, canada), we can apply for PG work permit for another 1 year and after two years i can apply for PR?
if study program length < 2 year or 4 semester or 16 months then PGWP = Study program length
if study program length >= 2 year or 4 semester or 16 months then PGWP = 3 year

After 2 year study and 1 year work experience (Canada) you are eligible for PR in most provinces.
After 1 year study and 6 months work experience (Canada) you are also eligible for PR but limited option.

FYI: PR is a lengthy process its take almost 18-24 months after applying. so 2 year study program length recommended

3) How much average time it takes to get a student visa (for one year course)? i heard like, it will be 1 month? is it right?
Its depend on your location eg: in INDIA it will be in weeks or even days, in PAKISTAN it will be in months

Please guide me on this, so that i can apply for course in canada
