I am planning to visit Vancouver to catch game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals. I am from Panama and was told that my only chance to have my visa on time would be to travel to Seattle and apply in person there. It seems there has been delays for mail applications, but what about for those applying in person?  Have anybody had a recent experience applying in person? I would arrive at Seattle on June 1st and apply in person on June 2nd at 8am. Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals is on June 4th.

Anybody who has applied in person for a TRV at Seattle? Even though the website says they no longer process on same day, it says the minimum is 24 hours. I will have a 48 hour window to get it processed (this Thursday and Friday). Is this remotely possible?

Did you apply in person? What was your experience? How long did it take to get a visa?

I applied on Thursday (arrived at 7:45am and was second in line, was attended around 8:20am). They told me to come back the next day around 10:30am. Showed up next day at that time and got my visitor visa approved and passport back around 11am.
