Hi,

What happens if one applies in an NOC category that does not fall in the 29 eligible occupations (June 26, 2010, onwards)? Is the application fee refunded?

Hi,

Your application will be rejected if the occupation is not in the list and CIC will return the application without charging any fees.

Cheers

Application will be returtned and most probably fee will not be charged. In case it is charged it will be returned to you

There are no chances of Success if you are applying outside the 29 NOC and without a job offer (AEO) from Canadar
