i am finally getting ready to finalize my docs for canada immigration under skilled worker.

i checked this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp

it say the following

"
You must use the regular process if:

- you have been lawfully admitted to Canada for a period of at least one year and you are submitting your application at the Canadian visa office in Buffalo
or
- you have been lawfully admitted into the United States for a period of at least one year and you are submitting your application at the Canadian visa office in Buffalo
- you are a provincial nominee
- you have been selected by Quebec
- you are eligible for points for arranged employment.
"

My question is that if i apply through US through regular application, do i also need/required to be a "provincial nominee" and "selected by Quebec " and "eligible for points for arranged employment" ?

or is it like i'll have to use the simplified application ?

Thanks in advance

First off theses are the diff options available to you. You need to satisfy any one. U don't use simplified process applying from US.

If you fulfill-" you have been lawfully admitted into the United States for a period of at least one year and you are submitting your application at the Canadian visa office in Buffalo"you can apply as a skilled worker.

All the best

you are only required to meet one of the options listed.

Regular application is the way to go in the US..

Good Luck!
