Hi All

I have sent my application in the 1st of July to CIC, Nova Scotia. Haven't received any receipt till date. and my draft is still outstanding. When can i expect the draft to be cashed by CIC and will i get a receipt upon acceptance of appln via post or email.

In my case, I received the receipt in 2 weeks...why not try calling them?

When did you send your application packet ? I application was received at CIC in Nova Scotia on 4th July. Heard it might take even 2 months to receive the receipt number. Is it true ?
