Hi,

I am applying from Saudi Arabia however my country of citizenship is Pakistan. Currently I am working in Saudi.

1. Can I apply from Saudi?
2. If yes, would it give me any benefit by applying from Saudi?

If you are a resident in Saudi for more than one year, you can apply from there.
CIC will not give any special consideration or you are not entitled for any benefits if you apply from Saudi.
But, if you apply from Saudi, your Visa processing will be done by CHC London and not Islamabad. As per my understanding from this Forum discussions, Islamabad processing takes more time than London.
