Here's my situation - I did my undergraduate degree here in Quebec, and have been working in Montreal for around 8 months.  I want to apply through the Canadian Experience Class program as a foreign graduate, but since the requirements state that I must plan to live outside Quebec, I don't fully understand what my options are.

Since I already have a job here, I don't have any plans on leaving Montreal in the next year or so.  Eventually, I would like to move to a different province as my French is not fluent, and I think I would have better opportunities in Ontario.  But I'm not going to pack my bags and leave unless I get a suitable job offer in Ontario.

Is there a time limit on how long I am permitted to remain in Quebec, if I'm given PR through CEC?

Thanks in advance!
