Hi everybody. I have a job offer that decided to accept and the company is willing to help me anyway they need. The trick is that they need me to go there ASAP. I'm living without residency in the US and have being for ten years. So this means I need to apply without traveling to Argentina (I'm from Uruguay, so we need to apply in Argentina). One of the issues is that all my Financial background is form the US, will this post a problem? Also, on the invitation letter we are clearly stating that I'm traveling to evaluate a Job and if both parties decide to agree on the job we will place the papers for a work permit. The company is asking for a visitors visa for 4 to 6 months to have enough time to process the work permit, but traveling back and forth is not out of the question, meaning that wont be a problem.

I would highly appreciate any comments or recommendations.

Thanks in advance,
Alex...

If you're living in the US without papers, are you aware that you will be subject to a 10 year ban for overstaying as soon as you leave?
