hi . I wil lhave a vacation on october, but my visa and lmo is expired. but i do have a valid work permit until march next year. is that okay to travel and I will not be difficult to apply for a new re-entry visa?

same with me

but you don't need a LMO once you have a WP
LMO is needed only when you apply for a WP


i have a WP valid until July 2012, i am flying 23rd September to Kosovo and than apply for a re-entry visa in Vienna Office.

Hi i went on Vacation , i'm on WP that was valid till 2013

when i reached my vacation country i discovered that my Visa to return was expired !

I WAS SHOCKED

i applied for the Visa and it was issued same day

no need to worry about the LMO once u have the WP

i'm back in Canada again Smiley
