Dear freinds
I have been admitted for a university in Quebec. It will start fall 2012. I have applyied as skilled worker in march 2009, my application is in process from 14 dec 2011 in Warsaw office. I am waiting for medical. I want to know is it good idea to apply for study permit now or deffer the admission and wait for pr. I mean does study permit will affect the pr procedure?

The study permit will not affect the PR procedure.

However until you are a PR, you will have to pay foreign student fees which are much higher than domestic fees.

Thank you so much. I heard that taking study permit is more difficult in this situation.
