You are ineligible to sponsor your spouse if you have an UNDISCHARGED bankruptcy. The information you need to apply for sponsorship is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#sponsor Read through the Sponsorship Guide, the Immigrant's Guide and the country-specific guide. That should tell you everything you need to know.
