Applying for skilled worker immigration need help

This is my first post in this forum. I am thinking of applying for canadian immigration under skilled worker category. My son is currently studying in Canada. If I apply for immigration will it be a problem for my wife and I to visit him while the immigration application is under process.

No there shouldn't be any problem. you can apply trv when you fulfill all the requirements and provides the guarantees to come back to your home country.
