Hello !

I"m currently in Canada Vancouver and on tourist visa for four more months and willing to extend for six more months (mutiple times if allowed,to stay in status)

Question?

I was thinking to apply from Canada for skillled worker immigration program. Can I apply to an immigration office inside Canada,or
have to apply to an immigration office which has jurisdiction over my country (Bosnia),this being Wienna office?

If I have to apply to Wienna office, can I do medical exam and / or interview inside Canada?

I have taken online self assesment test and have 64 points, and intend to send my application in for processing.
What are your personal experiences with respect to this situation?

Thanks!

1.  You cannot apply in Canada, an it is unlikely that you will be able to remain in Canada as a visitor for the 6-34 months that the application process would take in Vienna.
2.  With 64 points (if correct) you won't qualify, so you are wasting your money.
3.  You cannot do the interview in Canada.
