applying for skilled permit

good day everyone...

first i want to tackle my situation first, I worked for a total 6 years in a fast food chain from different country. I am a irregular 2nd yr college undergraduate. I started here in canada last year feb. to be exact this is my 1st yr here in canada...I work as a food/ counter attendant for 2 months and i go promoted as a shift supervisor after. to summarize i been a supervisor for 10 months with the low skilled work permit.

my queries are:

Is it possible for me to apply a skilled working permit even I am a college undergrad? i don't have my credentials thou..
second what should I do so I can apply for that kind pf work permit???
Is it possible for me to continue my studies here in canada??
