 My husband will be applying for his PR visa.
 
 I have been living in Thailand for over 5 years (4 with him) and we both feel in our hearts that Canada is the next step for us. (I will be continuing my education)

 Question 1. Do I still send my information and completed forms to Ontario? I am a bit confused as I thought I should send them to Singapore? I will be sending them from my home in Thailand.

 Question 2. Does this situation mean I have to fill out any extra forms, or will there be any extra problems? I do not want to live away from my husband and really want to travel to Canada with him.

No, you should send the sponsorship application and your immigration forms to CPC Missisauga in Ontario.  Then if approve, CPC will forward it to Singapore.
