Applying for PNP in New Brunswick

Hello Everyone,
I would like to ask your help in giving me detailed informations with regards to applying for Provincial Nominee Program. Is there anyone here applying PNP from New Brunswick? Can give me such informations please?

We're now in Canada for more than 2 years holding 10 months contract from our recent employer. We are working in a Lobster Plant as Production Worker. As our contract expired last March, we hired a lawyer to help us to make our 10-months contract to 1 year (which is pre-requesite for applying PNP) and working permit was on the process and we're waiting to release sometime next month.
As our lawyer told us that from then we could apply PNP since we got our 1 year contract. What will be the next step from then? What are the other requirements needed?

hello garu kamusta na? kababalik lng ng mr. galing vacation then dis may 17 lng namin na submit yung passport waiting parin kami ng visa hopefully ma receive na namin nag resign nadin kasi ako then yung mga bata di ko alam kung eenroll ko p sa skul since malapit na pasukan ang hirap mag hintay inshallah maging ok ang lahat!



   @   vinz hello dyan ka pala sa NB saan location mo dyan mr. ko fredericton, anyway same tau ng case ganyan din mr. ko if I were u once na nominate k ng province canadian embassy manila piliin mo mas mabilis ang processing unlike buffalo pero ikaw parin mag dedecide PM me nlng kung may mga question ka ako din kasi nag ayus ng papers ng mr. ko marami lang procedure i follow mo lng gudluck......

Hi Ondang2,  I'm sure you'll get your passport soon.  I'm still waiting at the moment and hoping to get MR soon.  Tama ka parang mas mabilis yata ang CIC Manila than Singapore.   Keep in touch.

thank you po Medyo malayo-layo pa po lakbayin namin. Actually for now, we're still waiting for working permit with the 1 year contract. Nasa Cap_pele po kami. It's 2 hours drive from Moncton. From the date you file our papers to the Province, ilang months po iyon? ano po yung requirements?

Everything that you need to know as well as the forms you need to fill-in are downloadable on the link I gave you.  I think the nomination process is around 2 months assuming you follow the instructions carefully and you have all the requirements.

Is it true that after you got nominated by your province (while waiting for your PR on process at CIC), you can have an open working permit? Is there a show money in both provincial and federal application?

Does it affect to our application for PNP if we got previously received of EI (Employment Insurance)?
