Applying for Permanent Residence as the same time Family sponsorship

Is it possible to apply my Permanent residence here in Canada together with the application of my family sponsorship (husband and daughter) does it prolong the application process of my landed here???

You are required to include your husband and daughter in your application.  The only decision you have to make is whether they will accompany you.

No, it shouldn't delay your application noticeably.
