Hi,

1. Instead you should ask the name of only 3 english medium Universities in Quebec.

2. Yes and no. She (an accompanying member) must complete and sign her own ‘Application for Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada'.

3. www.canadian-universities.net/Universities/Quebec.html

Hi,
Thank you very much for answering my questions,1. Instead you should ask the name of only 3 english medium Universities in Quebec.

2. Yes and no. She (an accompanying member) must complete and sign her own ‘Application for Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada'. You mean by this application she is exposed to the risk of being rejected despite of the fact that I get approval for visa to study in CANADA( quebec)?

Hi,

1. Your spouse (whether or not she is an accompanying member) must complete and sign her own ‘Application for TVR Made Outside of Canada'.

2. As you pointed out, the issuance of your study permit has NOTHING to do with your spouse application for TRV even if she is accompanying you. Your spouse must satisfy an officer that  she will leave Canada by the end TRV. Any decision of the visa officer is based ONLY on your spouse's  circumstances and not on the issuance of your study permit.
