Hi,
I am currently in USA on a L1B visa and  I am intrested in applying for canadian PR.
Kindly let me know the procedure.

Why don't you start by taking the free assessment from Atty. Cohen website? Based from the information that you will provide, they can tell if your qualified to apply in Canada and what type of application you can apply.

Hi, I am on L1B (from India) in USA since last 2 years and would be continuing for few more months/yrs. My Visa will expire in May 2009. My company may file the extension. Can I apply for Canadian PR right now? Any idea as how much time it will take to get PR processed/start processing. In case I move back to India then will it create any issue?
Please help me to find the answer of these questions.
