applying for a job with a TRV

im currently in ontario with a TRV, is it legal or am i allowed to apply for a job here? this is my 5th visit here in canada and planning to migrate here, legally of course.

is there a way to migrate here? my mother-in-law is already a canadian citizen but my wife is already 31y.o

You can apply for a job but you can't work without a work permit.

To obtain a work permit your employer will first have to submit a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) application. As part of this process, the employer will have to prove that they advertised the job and were unable to find a Canadian citizen or PR to fill the role. If the LMO is approved. You will then apply for a work permit. If the work permit is approved - you can then start working.

What is your wife's status in Canada? Is she a Canadian citizen or PR?

my wife is also a tourist. is there a way for her mom to petition her to canada?
