Hi,

I'm on an H1 visa in the United States. Can I apply at Buffalo for Canadian immigration (Greencard) in the Skilled worker class? Or do I have to apply in India? Do I use the Simplified application or the Regular application process?

Thanks in advance,
Alex

Assuming your H1 visa allowed you entry to the U.S. for at least 1 full year, you can apply to Buffalo using the regular application process.

If, for some reason, your H1 isn't good for at least 1 year, then you'd use the simplified applicatoin process through Delhi.
