Hi all,

I am intending to apply as a cook to obtain a S.W.V. I have not yet obtained any cooking experience. However, when I do work as a cook what credentials or certifications do I need for a S.W.V application? I know that for a chef they may require completion of a 'cooking course', hence acquire a certificate but for a cook who works within a local restaurant or a cafe, there isn't any certifications are there? Namely, the question is 'how can I prove to the Canadian authorities that I have worked as a cook for say... 1 year?'. Tax income documents I know is a document that I can present but I don't think its suficient. Thanks in advance.
