Applying again :)

Since my TRV was refused a couple of days ago, i´m going to try to again submitting strongest paperworks again in a couple of day. I was getting some information and i found this

it recommeds to submit my new documents with the letter they sent me back with my visa denied information, do you seniors thinks it is going to be a good idea? also do you guys think i am going to have enough time if i am submitting my paperworks on monday 5th and here in my country it takes like 7 days to get your passport back, am i gonna have enough time to make it for Christmas??

Can´t wait to spend Christmas with all the family there in Canada )

Sometimes applying too soon has a negative effect on your application. How could 2 days have changed your condition such that you had overcome the objection points. What was the reason why you're applying for a visit visa? What were the negative points brought out by the officer who processed your application. Overcome the objections point be point and maybe you'd have a better chance.

Currently i am working as a general manager in a family business, wich document i didn´t submitted in my last application, well i did write it in the form but never show documents about how i became manager to general manager, the negative points brought by the officer for me and my 6 years old son (for second time) it was because my ties in Canada and in my country of residence wasn´t strong enough! and also because of my current employment situation, and at a point i am kind of agree because my parents and sibilings are actually canadian citizens, that is something i would never be able to change, and i am an independant single mother here in my country, but my truly and actual intention it is just to spend Christmas there with my son, therefore i am submitting an explanation letter, the general manager certificate position in the restaurant and prove that i am a holder of a percentages of another family business, i also just bought a car, Canada is a country of opportunities but it is not our intention to brake laws or being persued by them  , so hopefully by submitting this new papers i could get the approved of the officers, otherwise i won´t be able to change the negative points they brought to me and me and my son would never be able to spend time as a family, unless they all came back  ..still thinking i shouldn´t apply that soon?  some wisdom wouldn´t affect my mind by now...

So you're applying together with your son? And your ties are the business (percentage of ownership), and a car? Your family is in Canada and you're applying for a Canadian TRV with your son. Canada's pull would be stronger than whatever "ties" you have in your country of residence right now, if your son is the only family you have have in your present country of residence. If you've made up your mind to apply so soon, then go ahead. It is your choice. Anyway you have stated on your earlier post, you have the "strongest paperworks" to support your application. For your business to be worth going back to, you should be able to show proof you're making more than enough to make you want to go back.

Thanks for replying! so that´s mean because it is just me and my son, and all of them are in canada we are not allowed to visit Canada? Did i say strongest paperworks?, maybe i said stronger paperworks that the last time i submitted  hopefully we are not going to spend Christmas in a friend´s house again, life here could be good, with many opportunities if you are a respectful and hardworked person but whenever you go this kind of season can sucks sometimes! that´s why i am so pushing about re applying again. I submitted my bank statement with $17,000 i know it is not that much but it helps right? have another bank account i share with my dad with $50,000 you think i should submitted it this time? about my first question should i submitted the letter they sent to me denying my last visa???

It is tough. Being away from family is really tough. You should be able to show proof that your business is doing so good, you wouldn't want to exchange it for anything. Prove point by point that the officer erred in his/or her judgement of your application by addressing each of the refusal points. So yes you have to send a copy of the refusal letter together with a point by point rebuttal; but it's hard to be an officer. They want to make sure, you'd want so badly to go back to your country hence if the "ties" you're showing were not that strong then expect another refusal.

Make it part of the cover letter. include it on the checklist so the officer would know you included a cover letter and a copy of the refusal letter. Remember to put your documents in the order the checklist was made so you don't forget any attachment .

Lucky you don't need to get over all this procedures and guides things now, wish further in the future i will be able to share my wisdom as you guys do in this forum    have a relaxing sunday job_seeker! Wish i could came back soon to this forum with really good news
