Hi Guys,

In 3 Months I will be eligible to apply under CEC class.. I already filled my FSW application under FSW-3.. I sent my documents to Buffalo in May 2010 and I got the AOR in October.. I am still waiting the MR..

As you know CEC application is taking 14 months now.. Do you think I should wait my FSW application or I should apply again under CEC after 3 months??

Hi sicko86,

It feels really weird to address somebody as sicko  Huh Huh.....

So, you are a pre Jun 2010 applicant....if that is so then I would suggest to apply for CEC even though it will take 14 + 3months wait to be eligible =17months approx.

Pre jun 2010 applicants are, unfortunately, not a priority for CIC, thus there is uncertainty over the exact processing times of your FWS 3 application. You have the option of having 2 application is process, so, why not make use of it? Bear in mind that when your FSW application goes "In Process", you will not get a refund of your Processing fees.

As you have had your AOR from Buffalo for over 6 months, send them a case specific enquiry to get an informed idea of your status.

That is a difficult question to answer/predict. Many people in your situation have received CSE response from their VO's that they may have to wait about 2 more additional year.
