Apply PR under Skilled Worker category in Canada

Hi There,

I have a question about applying a PR under Federal Skilled Worker in Vancouver, BC. I am on a post undergraduate work permit. I know that this category uses points system. As for the work experience under this has to be in the NOC category. Does this mean that the job type has to be Skill type O, A or B? or It just means that as long the job in one of the NOC list, then I am qualified under this category.As for a bank teller, am I eligible to apply under this category if I have minimum 67 points.
