Apply for Study permit while waiting for PR!!!!!!!!! Please help

Hello!!

Would really appreciate if someone can assist in helping with my query. I have applied for PR in Feb 2007 and since the process is stuck in backlog, I have decided to apply for student visa because I want to start my MBA next year.
Will my pending PR application deter my chance of getting the student visa.

No, not really.  As long as you can prove that you will return after your studies and that you have solid ties to your home country and the course of study is reasonable, your PR application will not have much of an effect on the study permit.

ye so true they only see ties, funds and ur aim for studies nothing else apply it and find out:) make sure don't include any father friends or ur friend for bank statements etc..
