Hi every body, Please give me some suggestion. I live in canada by worker visa and married to Canadian guy,I from asian never been to USA, right now staying with my husband at Ontario where is not so far from Buffalo. In my cause can  I appy Pr outside through Buffalo because my husband dont want me go back to my home country want me stay with him and if I apply inland it's take too long for get PR. I would like to get job and work

If you were initially admitted to Canada for more than a year, then yes, you may apply via Buffalo.

If you are in Canada on a work visa, you are allowed to apply through Buffalo if you want to but you would only have to go to the US if you are asked for an interview.  Same if you apply through your home country in Asia, you can stay in Canada and don't have to go back unless they want an interview.

 I already sent PR application to CIC and sponser had been approved and now my application at canadian hight commition in my born country, Can I tranfer my application form to Buffalo, because  when CIC aske me for interview I need to fly back for interview if in Buffalo is very close

My understanding is that they usually do not transfer files between countries.
