hi,

i live in srilanka, currently studying in an offshore campus of Patten University of Oakland-America.
I wish to transfer my credits to SFU, and persue a Mechatronics degree there.

Can i apply for PR being an undergraduate student of Simon Fraser University?

How long do i have to wait till i am eligible?
