Hi guys

I plan to marry with my boyfreind (in Canada) in January 2012.  I'm a pernament resident but my boyfriend not a pernament resident.  He works in Canada as a chef and issue work permit by the restaurant that he work.  Can I sponsor him?  Right now we try to complete the application by this link.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5289E4.asp

I don't understand some questions.  I need some help.

In application sponsor agreement and undertaking IMM1344
Question NO.3  Is there a co-signer on this application?
(co-signer must be the spouse or common-law partner of the sponsor)  yes or no
I should select " yes " right?  co-signer refer to my boyfriend right?

thanks you so much for your help

No.  Spousal sponsorships do not need a co-signer.  He couldn't be the co-signer in any case, because he would be the applicant.
