Applied TRV have been refused

Here am,
i've got a refused latter from Canadian consulate in Hong KOng, in the letter they said:
"you have not satisfied me that you meet ther requirements of regulation 179; that you would leave Canada at the end of the temporary period if you were authorized to enter. In reaching this decision i considered your ties to your country of residence/citizenship balance against factor which might motivated you to stay in Canada." in that case what kind of Document that i have to provide to them?

you have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporay resident. In reaching this decision, i considered several factors, including:
1. your travel history (idon't understand this, if this is means about travel to other country am so sorry i don't have that am never go travel before just hong kong the place where am working for and Indonesia place of my citizenship, so what kind of document i have to provide?)
2. your famili ties in canada and in your country of residence (i don't have any family in Canada only my Bf whose support me and his not canadian, what kind of document i have to provide ?)
3. lenght of proposed stay in Canada ( i already write down in application form about this, i was apply for 3 months, so what does it mean and what document for this?)
4. Purpose of Visit ( i alredy write down in application form too about this i will visit my friend there. so what document i have to provide?)
5. your personal assets and financial status ( what does it mean asset, i don't have house, cars ect. and what is financial status means? what document i have to provide for this?)
