applied to visa office in delhi while in canada

hello friends
right now i m residing in canada, but had run out of status since last one year. i had applied for immigration under skilled worker category and also has arranged employment. already eligilibity review completed and file has been sent to delhi and waiting for 2nd AOR from delhi. so want to know that has anyone applied for immigration to visa office in delhi while residing here in canada. please share ur ideas.
