Hello Some one please clarify me..

I have applied PR under CEC, at present my file is trasferred from Buffalo to SEATTLE, DC.
I have US visitor Visa but my wife doesn't have US Visitor visa.. Is it mandatory to have US Visitor visa for getting PR to cross the border of Canada to US.

If you already have your PR visa and just want to land at the border, you don't need a US visa because you don't have to enter the US.  When they stop you on the US side, you just tell them that you just came to land as a PR at the Canadian border so you don't actually want to enter the US and then they will turn you back and you go back to Canada and land.

Thank you Leon, that's good to know.

Mandbakka, Leon answered your question.  If the information is not what you're looking for, perhaps you can ask the question in a different way.  Tell us what you want to do...?

I don't think they ever call you for an interview in the US for CEC but if you were applying for FSW and opting to have it processed in the US which you can if you are legally residing in Canada, you would need a US visa in case they'd call you for an interview.  So CEC, no interview, no visa needed.
