i have send orginal ielts result with application on 5th july 2011,i have to send another application how can i send another application i just have copy of ielts result

friends i have talked with one of the cio ns canada representative regarding fees that i have submit sigle applicat fees but i have selected option YES for family to accompany with me ,
THEY TOLD ME CIO NS CANADA WILL ISSUE LETER FOR THE PAYMENT OF FAMILY MEMBER THEY ASSURED ME YOU HAVE PAID PRINCIPAL APPLICANT FEES SO WE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR FILE JUST ISSUE LETTER FOR PAYMENT WITH 30 DAYS
