Hi mnyasin, It is stated on the application form that you need to pay for the application fee of your family members, I'm sorry to tell you that your application form might be returned due to incomplete payment. If you can still get your package from the courier, try to fix the bank draft and fee payment form, if you wait for CIO to return your forms, it might take 2-3 months, and by that time you will miss the quota. PLS SUGGEST me what i can do should i change the option in which i have mentioned THAT MY FAMILY WILL TRAVEL WITH ME OR ADD NEW FEES WITH OUT LOSING MY PRIORITY

With respect, if you knew your family would be travelling with you - why did you not pay the correct fees when you sent your application? If they have no passports why did you not get their passports prior to applying? I don't think there is much you can do at CIO end without sending a new application. Your best chance is probably to let it go through CIO with just you as a single principal applicant, and then look to add your family onto your application once it reaches the visa office stage. I assume you have enough points (67) without your wife needing to be on the application for the adaptability points? Secondly, I would strongly advise not giving out your real full name and date of birth on a public forum like this. Identity fraud is commonplace on the Internet! Wayne. |

I was also thinking the same  Good advice...prepare to send back the application as soon as you get your docs back. ALSO I will recommend you read through the forum and Guide on CIC site for not making mistakes again. Best of Luck. |

good eve....im sort of confused when it comes to fee payment...in the first page of my application i typed 4 on the question of how many family members are included in the application (accompanying or not including myself), but 3 of them (my hubby and 2 kids) are not going to accompany me upon approval of my VISA but they are going to follow after im able to land a good job...do i have to pay for their application fees also before i submit my documents? need enlightenment!  |

You need to provide the original copy of the IELTS exam..and not online and copy results. |

Since your including your family members on the application, pls follow the instructions carefully, you need to let them fill up the application form if it is indicated for them to answer. Application for Permanent Resident (IMM 0008) - you need to fill it up, indicate number of family members included in the application and write their details on the 2nd page (familly member page) Schedule 1- Background Check- you need to fill this up, your spouse and any dependent children over 18 yrs of age. Schedule 3 - Economic Classes- principal applicant will only fill this one up. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)- you need to fill this up, your spouse and any dependent children over 18 yrs of age. Fee Payment Form - process the payment for all family members and indicate it on the means of payment (bankdraft,credit card) pls pay in Canadian Dollars.. Hope this Helps  Sushicat29 |
