I have applied for PR under federal skilled worker category through a consultant at new delhi in september 2008. I got my file number in october 2008. In november 2008 ministerial instruction came for certail NOC code for faster immigration. AS I am IT professional . I have Masters in information technology. Master of computer Application as well as Masters of business administration qualification and have job experience of more than 12 years as a senior manager in a computer education industry where I am Handling the entire activities of the centre including Teaching computers to Electronic data processing. My consultant has applied my case under 0114 noc . As per the faster immigration process my job resposibilities is very much similar to 0231 and 4131 noc which is included in faster immigration process. I didn't get any information from CHC after receiving my immigration file number since october 2008.Also no status message is coming on E-cas on CIC website.Plz Suggest me what To do Further. Should i send request to change my NOC OR SHOULD WAIT FOR THEIR DECEISION.And why my status is not showing on E-Cas under cic.Should I apply again under new rule or wait for their decision but if I wait how much I have to wait.

I woild suggest that you request the CIC to change your NOC to 0231, or to any other NOC which matcthes your job description and is in 38 NOC list. They respond,, this is my personal experience. Otherwise you might face rejection.
