Dear Friends,
I have applied in April 2004 from Islamabad. I have received a letter in February 2010 from Immigration office for submission of forms along with police certificate and bank statements. I have submitted all these documents in March 2010. I have checked my online status and it is showing;
Permanent Residence Application(s)
Applicant Permanent Residence Application Status MUHAMMAD SALEEM In Process
When I clicked at "In Process" it showed;
We started processing your application on April 7, 2004.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
I have also sent at email to immigration office and they replied that my case is in process and I should wait.
But I am waiting for last 6 years.

I also applied in 2004 sept.My status was in process from long,ut this Tuesday it showed that my file is transfered to London on 30th june 2010. They may contact me.

How decision has been made on your application? This "decision made" status is changed now or it has been there from the beginning? It is an error? Becuase Ecas turn to decision made on two instaces- first when an application is rejected and second medicals received and PR visa stamped. |

In November 2009 my status was changed from "IN PROCESS" to "DECISION MADE" and I received a letter from Immigration officer, in that letter they rejected my case on the basis of English language but they also mentioned that if I submit English language test proof (IELTS), they can review my case. In January 2010 I submitted IELTS report and in February they sent another letter to submit new forms along with bank statement and police certificate. I submitted all documents in March 2010 and after that my status again changed to "IN PROCESS". But when I clicking "in process" it showing that
"We started processing your application on April 7, 2004.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Msaleemb, don't worry if your current status is 'in process'. BTW when you click 'In Process' it shows all the history of your application since 2004. So calm down bro.. everything will be alright. God is great.

FRIENDS, WHEN WILL 2004 APPLICANTS WHO APPLIED FROM NEW DELHI GET VISA? IT IS AROUND SEVEN YEARS PAST AND NO SIGNS OF MEDICALS.
