I applied for my wife sponsor ship - application sent to CPC Mississauga on aug 31 st , but now 2 months passed i haven't got any letter from CIC , not even a ackonwledgement letter that my application is been recd, so i have no file number yet

I am worried - i don't know what to do - pls help

What you're experiencing is completely normal.

You won't hear form Mississauga until they have review your file and approved you as a sponsor. Right now they are working on applications from August 15th, so you should hear something from them in 2-3 week.
