Hi,

If I have already sent my application as a federal skilled worker, can I sign up for Provincial Nominee, or is it that I can't do it while my FSW application is pending?

I believe you can go ahead and apply as a pn. Once the pn application reaches the final stage of getting pr, you will then inform cic that u wish to withdraw the other one.
