Dear All

I am a silent member of this forum. I want to know, professionals comments on my application. I have applied for PR in Feb 2008, received confirmation message in mar 2008, processing started on 6th march 2008 which means i am entitled for fast track.
by profession i am banker with 5 years of experience, 18 years of education, (double masters).

few months back my application status changed to Application sent to NOVA SCOTIA SYDNEY afterwards they changed to Application received and till today, the status is same. i want to know how much time does SCOTIA take to complete the review of our application as i only sent 3 pager form to our Canadian embassy (Islamabad, Pakistan).

I applied for immigration under Simplified process (just a three pager) i dont understand what is taking SCOTIA so long to review my simple basic info.

i have the scanned copy of my application with me,  is there any way i can upload the pictures and show you seniors for review and comments.

is your NOC in the 38 occupations list? if yes, then wait for a response from NS. you can't do anything more than that. If not, then wait for the refusal and then apply again or apply again now itself.

IELTS is required only if your mother tongue is not English and you are not from an English speaking country...
