Dear brothers, i applied for fsw visa first stage to nova scotia on 27 august 2009 when can i expect the decision ? does any one applied in june or july or anyone received file number ?

It could take proximately 60-90 days, no one can tell you exactly how much time it will take to get reply from CIC. Try to check trackitt.com where you can find other applicants from same your visa office/country etc, you can see their time-lines to have an idea .. after how long they got their replies.
