Applied March 13 th. Not received file no yet, Received an email on June 30 th just update about overall process and pririty for LISA LOEWEN.

I have not seen anyone who applied between Mar 15 and 30 and have received file number, including me.
It is almost four months, but not yet. Let's be patient and hope for the best!

i have applied in march 10, and received file number by May 15. I have not seen anyone who applied between Mar 15 and 30 and have received file number, including me.

Hi feras80, You are under old process, right? (if I remember correctly) I saw a couple of applicants who appied early March and have received file number, but I haven't seen anyone else (new process applicants). AINP usually sends out file numbers at the end of month (3rd or 4th week). Let's wait for a week or two and see if we receive more file numbers. |

Hello Jasper. Yes I've applied under the old rules. I don't know why they are so fuggy about the processing time. As you know, H1 folks having troubles in the US and am one of them. Let's give it more time and see what is gonna happen. Good luck i have applied in march 10, and received file number by May 15.

My application reached AINP on March 31. No communication yet except one email saying if you have a job offer your application will be expedited.

No, it is the file number issued by AINP. Many of us (SRS H1-B) haven't even received nomination from AINP yet. |

Guys,
Add me in the list too.
Applied on March 5, 2009 but no file number.........Still Waiting.....!
Well In the mean time I called AINP office and talked to the lady and told her that I am already out of the time line(4 months) as mentioned on the website. She explained that there are too many applications and March cases are sent to different office and it will issue the file numbers as early as end of july......then she almost promised that the 8th month timeline to get the nomination still holds valid...........
So fingures crossed Guys.........!
