Applied after 26/6 per new rules and now need to withdraw. How do I do it?

Hi All
I applied recently under the new rules post 26/6 but due to a twist of fate I now need to withdraw my application ASAP.
Has anybody done this before, and if so, can they please guide as to how do I go about withdrawing the application?
Key questions are
1. Is there a central number to call or an email adderss where I can send my request?
2. What is the time scale involved in getting my application package back?
3. Can I have a courier pick up my application and deliver it back to me in London, UK?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.

No experience but a thought here
Send a letter with your name, DOB, Passport number, NOC and the courier received date. You shoud get this back. I do not think your courier can pick this,

You can contact them through this phone number +16139444000 with this extention....1-2-1-2-1......then you will tell them your name, date of birth, your NOC and the date your application was received by the CIO office.
It might take up to 10 to 20 minute before your call is pickup......so best of luck.
