hi , my applicn for federal skilled been rejected ..the reason they mentioned is they reached max cap ...can i appeal now for another cap or need to apply fresh again for the same please help

You have to wait for new CAP and apply again. |

What's your NOC and when your application received by CIC? Just for everybody's reference. |

noc 3131...applicn sent on 25th october ..when applying cap says 342 ..but failed to be in 500 ...how come ..  |

Sorry to know about your case. Do not loose heart. Keep your application package ready & sooner the CAP opens, apply immidiately. Alternatively try to get Job offer if possible & try now itself. The Cap reopens on 1 July but you can't apply a week before as you never know if it would be the same NOCs with the same rules in the new list. when does the next cap opens.............when can i apply i mean can i apply before a week of cap opening

I too got my application back due to cap reached for 3131. So when the new cap opens, can we send the same documents of degree transcripts and notarized copies of all other documents. Only PCC,bank statement & photos should be new..right?

hi i have the same doubt aswell...god its not easy going for fresh documentation again...if bank statement n photos its fyn..but rest is alot of tym consuming... |
