Hi,
I'm from Asia. Waiting for the spouse visa. My application receive in 20th July'11. And my file is open 3rd August . But i'm worried how much time i need to get the visa. Any one can pls tell me thi time line. I miss my husband too much .
My 1st marriage anniversary is 8th Dec. For that i'm planning to apply for a tourist visa. Is there any possibilty to get a tourist visa after open the file??

getting a TRV is hard as you have to prove you will return home after your visit
Where in asia are you from some offices are quicker than others
