My ecas says decison made but the VO has not contact me yet. I'm a little bit scared.

Our status just recently changed to decision made..and they updated my wife's address to canada.
This was just after they told us to pick up the passports. They also want us to pick up our cards/letters at the same time

They also changed my address to Canadian address. I guess they haven't just sent me the email to pick up my passport. What is the email that you use in contacting the embassy?

I used the email from the bottom of the passport request email...in the footer.
It sounds like theyre about to send you an email...we got ours at 8am cst which is two hours from now...when the embassy is about to close.

She lands next friday... flights are already booked...DHL should deliver the visa tomorrow...

Hehehehehe I picked up my visa and COPR today at the embassy  Grin. I am so happy like I've never been in a long time.
