tuxey-Truly speaking, I will not recommend anyone to contact Buffalo and if you do, you get very little from them or nothing. Could you explain your situation to see if we could provide you with better assistances?
Take care my man...

Can the things get worse if I contact Buffalo office?

Basically, I sent my docs to Buffalo in Jan and did not get any response yet. I see that other people get their medical requests already and I did not even see confirmation letter with new case #.

I'm worried that they might have an incorrect address

tuxey-The address is correct but make sure that it is over 20 weeks since you sent your documents. From that point, I will recommend you to send a very polite email, asking if they have received your file.

Professional1-Here we go: 613-941-6641.

Thanks Beauhoe.
I just called at that number and the lady replied that the file was sent from Ottawa to Buffalo.
While I am relieved to know that, I might add though she mentioned that this "is not considered a public enquiry number" and gave the information a little reluctantly.
Just thought of sharing that on this forum in case others also have a less than warm response and unnecessarily annoy that office.

Honolulu- The one that I talk with was very nice and at the end she asked me if there is anything else she could help me with. I asked her about her name and she told me that she is not allowed to do that. I am glad that you got an answer to your question but did she tell you when the file was sent to Buffalo?
Cheers,

Hi guys,

I just called the DMP office and was told that my medical results were sent to Ottawa on May, 21 and successfully delivered on May, 25 (yesterday), and got the tracking number from them.

I will wait for a while and then call Ottawa to check whether my medical results were sent to Buffalo or not.

Thatnks, Professional1! I've just sent them an e-mail. Looks like they take up to a month to respond.
Do you know if I contact them via phone directly and if so, what would be the number I should use?

Hi tuxey,

Do not worry, although the automated responce says it takes up to one month to respond, they usually respond next day.

regarding the phone enquiry, unfortunatly the immigration section in any canadian visa office around the world does not receive any calls from applicants.

Wish you the best of luck.
