Do any one think that someone's application may be sent back for any reason but lost on it's way so that the file will not be recieved by him??!!
What's the possibility for such thing?
Specially that those,like me, who made DD will be so hard for them to know their position.

CIO applied the charged on september 07Th but The Bank authorized the charge today (Sept 09) so that I saw the charge until today. I think the correct date of charged for the record is Sept 07. |

Canady in my experience I think it is really difficult that any shipment can be lost. Eeven when the CIO returned it. I hope I answered your doubt! |

How will applications subject to new instructions be processed as compared to applications subject to the first set of instructions and the backlog?
All applications subject to ministerial instructions (everything received since February 27, 2008) will be considered for processing in the order they are received.
All federal skilled worker applications received before February 27, 2008 fall into the backlog, and will be processed concurrently with the applications received since that date (and that are subject to instructions).
unfortunately you will wait untill first Que of ministerial set of 28 Nov 2008 to be cleared so keep patient |

Congrats cforcanada The answer is "most probably No" They have to send the file....but 'now' immediately, I doubt. They have to collect 'n' no. of files for specific NOCs / specific VOs. After that they will send these files in batches. Cheers, Anil |
