...Besides, the IELTS people told me yesterdy that they won't send my TRF'S to any person. They are just sending to international organizations! Just had a quick look at the IELTS webpage. It is mentioned that they will sent copies to "recognising organisations"; but I don't see a defination of what it covers though. Which may mean that you could have them sent it to your overseas friend's place of work? Worth clarifying with them. |

How do you project the NOC 3131 for the net year's list? I am losing hope to be able to fall within the cap with all the bumps on my road.
Well katyspring the last time i checked the number of people that have successfully applied under your NOC,i saw (433),which means you are still very much okay,DO NOT lose hope. i see you still making it on the cap despite the initial and temporary 'setbacks',do not think of next year rule,you are definitely going to make it this year.Good luck |

i just received a letter saying
" Your application was received after the maximum of 1000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications per NOC 1122 was reached."
this was the letter i was dreading to receive. all hopes are shattered.

Just now i call to CIC
They are working for OCT - 04 Application
My DD is encased on 27 Oct. but she telling my name is not available in her system
but my estimated time for PER is Jan 15 -2011
any have i wait until that date.

Well last Monday, Aug 13 applicants were getting PERs, while this Monday Aug 24 applicants got theirs... Can we conclude that they are covering approximately 11 application received days, every 7 business days?... I sure hope so because that would mean you should get yours before Christmas Wayne... what a great present. We might even start Sep. applications received, before Jan... Cam |

Hi Cam1234, I don't think it works in such a linear fashion! Whereas I would love to get an AOR/PER before Christmas I will just be grateful if we get one at all ;p Could possibly be this Friday or next Monday though the way we are going. Wayne. |

Hi Ravi, You can call up this # +16139444000, then dial 1-2-1-2-0, it is pretty much calling up the Vodafone customer care, you might have to wait for 8- 10 min to get connected to CIC agent. All the best Regards Bindu Hi sasi

Congrats on your PER AND ThaNk you very much for letting know about your case. Such comments are encouraging. I already sent thema mail last night and asked about my package. So as per your experince I am likely to get response in a couple of days.
I mentioned my NOC, full name, DOB, Id no. ,Passport No, and the date I have submitted my package to the courier. Do you think there's any other detail that would help them with the search if hopefully they do?
