Hi Wayne, I was going through spreadsheet. As per our spreadsheet till now minimum time required to get PER is 106 days after application being reached at CIO. So today you have entered the "Blue Channel" ( i.e your countdown of getting PER has started and u may receive PER at any time from today onwards). Our Blue channel is from 106 days to 143 days. (Turning Blue by receiving PER). So dear members who have not received PER and are in Blue channel should not get panic. As they have all the possibility of getting PER's. Cheers. The "Blue channel", lol sounds like late-at-night seedy pay-per-view TV channel! Wayne.

Hi Katy,
Well current projects based on the number of 3131 apps received by CIC so far and projecting that average per day across the rest of this year, 3131 won't even reach the 1000 cap although it will be close.
Now even if that projection is wrong it is very unlikely that 3131 will fill up before April/May at the earliest.
My advice is to apply this year if you possibly can, since we have no guarantee that NOC 3131 will still be on the in-demand next year (although personally I think it will be on there).
Best of luck, Wayne.
Thank you Dear for your reply. Sounds promising. I am still hopeful and will be waiting for the next 3 days for a new update on my missing package,as it will be a national holiday in my country and I cannot do anything else. Anyway, I have applied for new PCC's and also Additional IELTS TRF's which of course they will not hand in to me personally, but they will send to the CIO on my request. I will start with a new filing as of next week if I receive no news or the courier declares it as lost for sure. Thank you for your friendly advice. I hope to manage to make it into the cap for this year and will do my best in line with this goal. Wish you best of luck!

Temasek is right Katy, if I were you I would prepare my application and give it to the IELTS center and pay them extra to send the whole thing along with the new IELTS results.

Alternatively you could consider sending your application to someone out of Iran, and also have the IELTS center forward the test result to the same person. Upon it's receipt the person merely needs to re-package the documents in the order required, and forward it to CIO. A bit of added work, but you will be assured that the entire document reaches CIO in one batch.

Hi mayankpandya, Could you let me know of the 3131 spreadsheet and where I can join it? I was having a look at all the exams pharmacists will have to pass and although I am not sure if I will be accepted as an immigrant, I am very much worried about the exams! Do you 3131 guys have any plans for that? Any forums, etc. to talk about study references,.... Dear asoo62,
You can also post your details on Pharmacist:3131 thread.
Regards, Mayank

Hi Katy - Would not that be a big gamble? Especially when you do not have file reference for them to match both set of documents.
Well dear Temasek, Dear Wendy You are right, but Any other idea? What do you think is the safest way? If I give the whole package to the IELTS center, how could I make sure that nothing will go missing then? I have become a lot pessimistic, but the couriers are supposed to be trust-worthy bodies to protect your packages , aren't they? So, what about other people whose job is not specifically carrying packages, like IELTS centers. On the other hand I have two other problems. The first one is that my TRF's are very unlikely to reach IELTS center before Jan 10th, as per the prediction by the person in the office yesterday. The bigger problem is that, should they send my package I won't have any tracking number to make sure it will reach destination. That's what the lady told me yesterday. People are not very cooperative here.According to her, I have to leave my whole package with them, and they will enclose Ielts and send by DHL,which sounds like a nightmare to me after this damn missing issue I am facing. Do you think that's safe? Noolan had a similar case. I have already sent a PM to her to sak about her case and specifically to know about the phone number her brother had used to contact the CIO, but I have

You know what, any sending means to me as a highly likely chance to miss or lose your dox! I am really terrified! Besides, the IELTS people told me yesterdy that they won't send my TRF'S to any person. They are just sending to international organizations!
